An inmate in new Bilibid Prison named Herbert "Ampang" Colangco who was known as the leader of bank robbers uploaded a video to youtube and later on became Platinum.
It is really question how this inmate shoot a music video even he is detained in his cell. This video shows that he got his own music and recording studio on New Bilibid Prison itself.
